  1. How and where are friendship balls made?

  2. We stock Friendship balls made in various countries around Europe including Poland, Romania and the UK.

  3. What friendship ball colours are available?

  4. Any colour you can imagine really. When we get new stock we are always amazed at some of the new colours, sometimes we struggle to find words to describe them.

    We have a good range of pinks, blues, greens, reds, purples perhaps with a hint of gold or silver. You really have to browse our product catalogue to see the large range of colours available.

  5. I can't find the exact product I am looking for - what should I do?

  6. Contact us, sometimes we have products in stock that we have not got on the website or if we are about to order some new stock we can ask about getting a particular colour custome made. Unfortunately, we are unable to colour match very specific colours.

  7. Do all your friendship balls come with a hanging ribbon?

  8. Yes, we use a high quality premium ribbon. If you have a specific colour request please contact us and we will see what we have in stock.

  9. Can I select the colour of hanging ribbon I want?

  11. How heavy/large are your friendship balls?

  12. This can vary as each ball is hand made and the size ranges from 60 - 150 mm.

  1. I would like to order a larger quantity of one type of product than you appear to have in stock - what should I do?

  2. Contact us to discuss, we may have more product in stock or an order may be due soon or we may be happy to arrange a custom order. You are the customer and we will work with you and exceed your expectations.

  3. How quickly will my order come?

  4. You order should come in 3 - 5 days. We despatch no later than the next working day after your order is received after that it is up to Royal Mail. First Class is supposed to be next day but it can take upto 4 days for it to arrive. Longer at peak times such as Christmas. If you need it faster than this please contact us for a delivery quote.

  5. What are the postage and packing costs for my order?

  6. We send all our products via Royal Mail according to the total order value as below:

  7. What if my order doesn't arrive, I am sent the wrong product, or arrives damaged?

  8. Please allow up to five days from the date of your order for your parcel to arrive. If it has been sent via tracked delivery please check the tracking details. If the package does get lost we will replace the product at no extra charge. If we send you the wrong product, you can have a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge. If it is our mistake we will cover all postal charges. Please note we deliver the product you order and it is not to your liking you will be responsible for return postage charges and the product must be returned in a saleable condition. In all cases contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve your query.
