We send all our products via Royal Mail according to the total order value as below:

All deliveries are dispatched within 2 days and should arrive within 5 days. If you require products faster than this please contact us to discuss.

Orders with a value of under 20 are sent first class for your convenience, they do not require a receipt upon delivery.

International Delivery

Please contact us to discuss. If you have already placed your order we will contact you to check the order is valid and agree the delivery method and cost. In doing this it allows us to agree the best value and most efficient delivery method for your personal circumstances.

Returns Policy

All our products come with a 28 day money back guarantee.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our refund and return policy.

Refunds will cover the product price, postage costs will only be repaid if the product is damaged (or the product is not as described).

You will get a full refund if:

  • you are not completely satisfied with the products received and you notify us within 28 days of the purchase date.
  • the product arrived damaged and you would prefer not to have the product replaced
  • we are not able to deliver your order within 28 days and you do not wish to wait until the product is available for delivery
  • you change your mind and no longer want the product. Products must be returned in a saleable condition at your own cost.

You WILL NOT get a full refund if:

  • you have changed your mind but the product is not returned in a saleable condition

In order for your refund request to be processed quickly you should contact us by using the contact form (opens in new window / tab) including the following information:

  1. Describe the issue:
    • you have changed your mind
    • the product arrived broken
    • product is not what I expected
  2. State what action you require:
    • Product replacement
    • Full refund
  3. Provide supporting information:
    • If product has arrived broken you will be asked to provide digital photographs of product and packaging
    • Order number and product purchase date

If for any reason you are not able to provide full information, please provide as much as you can.
